The purpose of the National Pänui / Te Pänui ä Motu is
to provide notice to interested parties of hearings being
conducted in, and applications received by, the Mäori Land
Court.
Only applications and sittings that were confirmed at the
time of this publication are listed.
They
have also been active in the Māori Appellate Court
and the Waitangi Tribunal. Some who are alter-
nate judges in the Environment Court have been
called upon to assist that court, and the judges
who sit in the Pacific have been busy again there.
