manage, as set out in a trust deed/order on behalf of the beneficial owner(s).

Your key duties as a trustee are to:
continue to grow the value of the land or shares without creating significant costs
protect the assets of the trust.
A valuation of the land before partition and a valuation of each separate are created after partition.
NOTE: An applicant may seek a preliminary hearing by the Court as to the merits of partition before
obtaining a valuation.
