The location information for the office ofthe incorporaiton has been included in this release under the authority of section 279(4) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993.
A solution has been found, however, in the formation of whānau trusts for each ofthe eight children with agreed exclusive use areas both for themselves and also for the other owners oftheblock.
The primary purpose of both meetings will be to discuss:
• The Mouri Tūroa project and opportunities available for owners ofthe above blocks;
• Options to enable Mouri Tūroa to complete the proposed work, including but not restricted to:
o A limited powers Ahu Whenua Trust over some or all ofthe above clusters ofblocks,
and election of trustee(s);
o The appointment of an agent to represent...
