Share transfers can be arranged directly with the Māori incorporation or by an order of the MLC. However, the MLC only deals with Māori incorporation share transfers where successions or trusts are concerned.

I went on to discover however that at the time those succession applications were made, various Māori land interests had not been identified by the Court and were not included in the 1967 orders.
An application for rehearing must be made within 28 days of the date of the order (usually the same date as the hearing).
