The court minute documents the kōrero from the court hearing, the information you provided in your application, the research completed by our court staff, and the decision made by the judge or registrar.
They need to:
• hold a meeting, in accordance with
Part 9 of the Act, at which they pass
a resolution to establish a Māori
incorporation or
• have 15 percent of the total shareholding
consent and
• send an application with a copy of the
minutes of the meeting to the Māori
Land Court.

If you want to remove a trustee, you’ll need to provide:
evidence of any meetings called to remove the trustee(s) and the attendance and minutes, and
the details of the trustee or trustees who should be removed and the reasons why.
