Water services application types
Appeals to MāoriLand Court - for issues about access to Māoriland to work on water infrastructure
This kind of appeal is different from appealing orders made by the MāoriLand Court.

A partition divides an existing Māoriland block into new, separate blocks. Partition applications are
covered under Part 14 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 (sections 285-306) and Part 13 of the
MāoriLand Court Rules 2011.
There are two application types you can file under section 214 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993
and rule 12.3 of the MāoriLand Court Rules 2011 to form a whānau trust.
If you have a current application in the MāoriLand Court that is being delayed by a dispute, you can ask for your application to be put on hold while you attempt to settle the dispute outside of court.
