A20180006860 12/09/2018 ss30I(1)(b) and 30(1)(b)/93 - An application for review of a determination made at 141 Waikato MB 271-291 (26 November 2009) and an order appointing the Ngati Paoa Trust Board as the appropriate
representative for Ngati Paoa in relation to the Resource Management Act 1991 and the Local Government Act 2002.
31(1)/93, 30/93 Ngati Paoa Iwi Trust 3.
Fifth The project has also highlighted the need for the Māori Land Court to be more proactive in its identification and review of defunct trusts and incorporations due to circumstances such as the death of key trustee or management committee members.
And it is appropriate that those who run the entities that potentially will be impacted have input. With the focus of the recent review on increased productivity of land, let’s not forget the many trusts and incorporations that already do a great job and are success stories that have been celebrated this weekend.
