Claiming money owed to you
You may be entitled to some money generated by a trust or incorporation in which you have an interest or are a shareholder. Some trusts and incorporations also provide financial assistance through grants and scholarships.
The Registrar has today received email correspondence from Mr Watson (counsel for
the applicants) noting that his clients do not oppose an adjournment for a short period
of time and that his clients reiterate that they are amenable to mediation. Mr Watson
further advises that a reconvened hearing (or mediation) would not be suitable
between 17 September and 20 October and 29 October and 2 November due to
availability of counsel.

Māori Purposes Act 1991
The Māori Purposes Act 1991 has limited powers extended to the Court in relation to the Wi Pere Trust.
