INVESTIGATING THE AFFAIRS OF A MĀORI INCORPORATION An investigation of the Māori incorporation can be requested: • on application to the MLC by shareholders who together own at least one-tenth of the shares, or • by a special resolution passed at a general meeting of the shareholders.
