The new descriptions focus on the current stage of processing of the application through the court.
Applications are grouped by District and include the application reference number, the date on which the application was filed, the subject of the application, the section of the Act under which the application is made and the name of the applicant(s).
Of the districts, Waiariki received the largest share of new applica- tions, with a total of 1,427 or 27 per cent of all new applications received nationally.
