Notice To Preferred Classes Of Alienees As To Right of First Refusal

Any member of the preferred classes of alienees who wishes to be considered by the owners as a prospective purchaser of the land must give written notice of their intention to pursue a right of first refusal at the hearing of the application. That written notice must be filed in the Māori Land Court not later than 18 February 2026 If no notice is filed by the date set out above, the Court may confirm the alienation of the land by way of sale.
