(b) To set aside cash reserves; to set aside such cash reserves as the Trustees think prudent from the net proceeds for contingencies (even if doing so will result in a distribution not being made to the Beneficiaries) or for capital expenditure or for expansion, provided that in doing so the Trustees: 12 (i) comply with their trustee duties; and (ii) consider that their decision to do any of the above will advance the Purposes of this Trust.
