As you would with other landowners, you’ll need to provide thetrust or incorporation with a sketch plan of where you want to occupy or build, a calculation ofhow much land you'll need, and information about how your occupation or building could benefit the other owners.
If this happens to you, it's a good idea to download the forms to your computer or device, or use the Firefox or Safari web browsers instead, as these two do not have an issue with macronised words.
If you think that you have been
adversely affected by this process and wish to make representations on the application, you must notify the Court in
writing by 4 pm on the 1st day of July 2025 and specify brief details of your concerns.
