Your written statement must explain:
• how you informed the owners
• what opportunities owners had to consider and discuss the proposal, and the outcome
• how the land will be divided after the partition.
If you are not transferring shares to a member of the preferred class of alienee – you must seek Court
confirmation of that transfer by completing form 25.

above provisions.
