Call the Duty Registrar on 027 275 7472 to advise an urgent application has been
submitted by email.
At the end of the hearing the Judge may do
one of several things:
• make the order you were seeking
• adjourn the hearing to another date,
and possibly another venue, if more
information or evidence is needed
• “reserve” the decision (ie put the
matter aside to be considered further
by the Judge and fora written decision
to be issued at a later date)
