Toitū te Whenua hold information about historical transfers, surveying titles, or land that has been converted to general land.
You can combine Māori land, general land, or both, regardless of size, shape, location, or status.
The benefits of a combined partition include:
the ability to make boundary adjustments to existing land blocks, regardless of status
you can include general land in the partition
no consent is needed under the Resource Management Act 1991 , and
there’s no requirement for land contributions for roads, reserves, or public use or access.
TIP: There may be multiple results for one owner, the Block Name
column may help you find the ownership you are looking for.
