If you used an Authority and Instruction to Act (A&I) form to create a mortgage, you can provide a copy of this instead of a mortgage agreement.
Once a trust is established, you can apply to the Court to make changes to, review, or terminate, the trust.
If you’re not applying online, you can download or ask us for a PDF version of the form. In either case, we’ll ask you to provide supporting information to provide proof of your financial situation.
Whenua Māori held by a Māori land trust 3. Where the title to the land is vested in a Māori land trust (e.g. an Ahu Whenua Trust or a Whānau Trust) the trustees can approve a mortgage against the land subject to any restrictions in the trust order (ss 147 and 150A of the Act)
Use this form to create a Whānau Trust by vesting some or all of your interests in trustees to hold on behalf of the descendants of a given person or tupuna (the beneficiaries) If you are creating a Whānau Trust as part of a succession application please complete form 23.
