appoint trustees to act on their behalf so should allow the
trustees the opportunity to operate.

Trusts must keep and share up-to-date and accurate
information.
CONSIDERATION OF AN APPLICATION
On receiving an application, the trustees can request further
information. The trustees cannot adequately consider the
application until they have received all the information
they need.
