Additional interests 7 7.3 If, after the constitution of this Trust, any additional Māori land interests are vested in the name of any person who has vested Māori land interests into this Trust, those additional interests shall be included as Trust Property of this Trust by application to the Court by the Registrar without notice to the Beneficiaries.
