and uncontested’, then it can be decided by a Māori Land
Court registrar without a court sitting (unless you request to
be heard by a judge in a court sitting).

repeatedly refuses or fail to act as trustee
become an undischarged bankrupt
are a corporate trustee that is subject to an insolvency event, or
are no longer suitable to hold office as trustee because of their conduct or circumstances.
