Rules 2011.

will, they can makeapplication to the High
Court or the Family Court for hearing under
the Family Protection Act 1955.

If you do apply to one of these
courts, you must file a notice of your application with the
MLC so it won’t make any orders before the High Court or
Family Court has dealt with the matter.
