The report makes two recommendations in relation to proposition 4.
Applying for succession
To apply for succession, you need to file a completed
application form with an MLC office by either visiting an MLC
office, attending one of our offsite clinics, or sending it by
post.
For these reasons the Court will facilitate anapplication for an urupā reservation but will also make sure that the owners and trustees have also considered these difficult but not uncommon issues.
