Any officer, committee of management member, or employee of an incorporation can be required to appear in court and provide a written or oral report to a judge as part of an investigation.

This information in my view should be brought together and made available to the Māori Land Court, and then to an owner who wishes to develop his land and needs to notify owners.

Anapplication fee of $68 will need to be paid before your application can be accepted (except for applications where you are seeking to apply for further interests of a person to whom you have already succeeded, which costs $23).
