If your application is determined by a Registrar, you will not need to attend court. If
you would prefer your application tand form fields o be heard in court by a Judge, please indicate here.
At least one trustee must hold other core trust documents such
as records of the trust’s property, records of trustee decisions, and
accounting records and financial statements.
If you are interested in or affected by an application and wish to make representations on
the application, you must notify the Court in writing by 4 pm on the 1st of April 2023 and specify brief
details of your concerns.
The Chairperson shall be
responsible for ensuring that a record of all Resolutions (and the votes for and against) is
recorded.
18.7 The Trustees, when conducting Trust business, will make all decisions that they are
empowered to make on behalf of this Trust by a majority vote of the Trustees.

preparing for the court to make a determination.
