Appeals to MāoriLandCourt - for issues about access to Māoriland to work on water infrastructure
This kind of appeal is different from appealing orders made by the MāoriLandCourt.
Alternatively, the applications can be posted to:

All SILNA hearings are heard in the Te Waipounamu MāoriLandCourt, Christchurch.
(4) This form should be lodged with an application for confirmation of alienation on Form 25 or an application for vesting order on Form 30.
MĀORILANDCOURT CONTACT DETAILS
This application may be lodged with the Registrar at any office of the MāoriLandCourt.
That written notice must be filed in the MāoriLandCourt not later than 18 February 2026
If no notice is filed by the date set out above, the Court may confirm the alienation of the land by way of sale.
No record of these conversations will be publicly available on the MāoriLandCourt record. If an agreement is reached through mediation, the mediator will record the terms of the agreement and provide this to the MāoriLandCourt.
