Hāwea/Wānaka Substitute Land (Section 2 of 5 Block XIV Lower Wanaka Survey District)
under Section 15 of the Ngāi Tahu Deed of Settlement 1997.

orders made by the court or a Registrar – including:
title orders (creating Māoriland)
trust orders (names of trustees and terms of trust)
succession orders (names of successors to an estate)
vesting orders...
No record of these conversations will be publicly available on the MāoriLand Court record.
If an agreement is reached through mediation, the mediator will record the terms of the agreement and provide this to the MāoriLand Court.
