This form should not be used if the decision or determination of the MāoriLandCourt is an interim or preliminary
decision in which there remain outstanding matters for the Court to address.
Its only purpose is to allow access to property. The MāoriLandCourt can grant rights of way at the time a title is created with the consent of all landowners at that time.
If an owner of Māori freehold land in multiple ownership has paid more than their share of water services changes, they can apply to the MāoriLandCourt for a “charging order” to recover the excess amount paid.
