Updated interim list of owners of the Toitoi SILNA Block Crown Land Block VIII Lords
River Survey District (South Island Landless Natives Act 1906)
The Māori Land Court has released an updated working list of potential owners entitled to
the Toitoi Land (Crown Land Block VIII Lords River Survey District) under Section 15 of
Ngāi Tahu Deed of Settlement 1997.
If you or your whānau are on this list, please update your
contact details with us to receive communications regarding the block. If any of your
whanaunga are on the list and are deceased, we invite you to make a succession
application.
LAND THAT CAN BE INCLUDED IN A MĀORI
INCORPORATION
A Māori incorporation can include one or more blocks of
Māori freehold land, as long as at least one of the blocks has
more than two owners.
