Notification of applications that have not
been finally determined
(over 6 months old)
31 August 2022
TAKE NOTICE THAT the following schedule of applications are hereby notified pursuant to rule
5.
For example, an
application for succession will require a
death certificate, any grant of administration
(probate 2 or letters of administration 3) or the
original will, minutes of a whānau meeting if
a whānau trust is required and consents of
the proposed trustees.
But there were some surreal moments; such as meeting various royals, and the only car accident I have ever been involved in, which was with Bishop Desmond Tutu, who Dad was delivering to Rotorua airport.
He has led Māori Land Court appointed facilitation processes, Meetings of Owners, and governance appointments, supporting whānau, trustees, and landowners to resolve complex issues through tikanga informed, consent based processes.
