Succession with a living husband, wife, or partner Māori freehold land can be owned by one owner or several owners and in some cases, there might be hundreds ofowners in one block or title ofland.
Only applications and sittings that were confirmed at the

In general, however, we can be satisfied that the work completed has been of assistance to the majority ofowners. As a result of the project, registration of 97% of the 27,411 Māoriland titles was completed.
