In August 2020, the Government passed targeted
changes to Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 to simplify
the legal processes for owning, occupying and using
Māori land.
A Judge may have issued an order which includes those agreed terms.
You may have since decided you are unhappy with the terms of the agreement and want to have the agreed terms of resolution reconsidered.
The judge
may then make a court order to formalise the agreement.
