WHAT IS THIS FORM FOR?
This form is for an injunction under s19 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993.
HOW TO FILE AND COMPLETE THIS APPLICATION FORM
(i) This form must be accompanied with the
appropriate application fee and can should be
filed with the Registrar in the District in which
some or all of the land is located;
(ii) Please ensure that all information required on the
form is completed;

If you wish to appear you should contact the Court and file a Notice of Intention to Appear on Form 5 and serve a copy on the
applicant. This will assist the Court in dealing with the hearing and enable it to contact you over the hearing should the need
arise.
