Court operating protocols withdrawn; jury trial
guidelines modified
COVID-19 court operating protocols for all jurisdictions have been withdrawn, and
the Jury Trial Protocol and Jury Trial Guidelines have been modified, effective today.
They stepped into the acting leadership of the Court and Tribunal from 1 May 2023 and will do so until a new Chief Judge is sworn in and a new Chairperson appointed.
