Transferring Māori incorporation shares You may transfer your Māori incorporation shares provided that: • the shares to be transferred do not result in a shareholding less than any minimum set by the Māori incorporation • the shares are being transferred to a member of the preferred classes of alienees. As a final alternative, the shares can be offered to the Māori incorporation if no members of the preferred class accept the shares.
