What constitutes the official proofof
who are the engaged owners? Will lending institutions and government agencies be
prepared to deal with the last muster of engaged owners when it comes to important
decisions?
If the individual owns more shares than are needed for an occupation order of this size, the rest of the shares remain in the block for the use of all the shareholders.
In the application, you’ll need provide proof that:
other owners have been given notice of the creation of the trust
a hui was held, and an agreement was reached
the terms of the trust have been proposed
consent has been given to create the trust or incorporation
the trustees to be appointed have consented to their appointment Committee of Management Members have been nominated.
Any trustee or committee of trustees acting under a power delegated to them must comply
with the terms of this trust order and, unless there is proof to the contrary, shall also be
presumed to be acting within the terms of the delegation.
Where more than one of the trustees of that trust
are in attendance at the meeting of the Trust they must inform the Trustees which of them
is to exercise the vote of that Trust.
