The Local Government (Water Services) Act 2025 is a new law that helps with decisions about entering Māori land to work on water systems and provides support for getting refunds on water service charges.
Disestablished in 1989, the former Department had support staff located at many offices around New Zealand who maintained minute book series for judicial officers and/or bodies working in their respective areas or for specific departmental or land board activities.
