Once the Court is satisfied that we have identified as many successors as possible, the successors will be invited to a meeting of owners to determine how they want to receive and hold the land.
It is also rarely being used by owners in their capacity asowners. If they have possession of the land they will have, in most cases, an Occupation Order or a leasing arrangement with the owners.

For these discussions, you should have a sketch plan of where you want to occupy or build, a calculation of how much land you'll need, and information about how your occupation or building could benefit the other owners.
