Te Kooti Whenua Māori – the Māori Land Court is part of Tāhū o te Ture – the Ministry of Justice. There are a range of exciting career opportunities within the Māori Land Court and wider Ministry.
It must be maintained by the owners and beneficiaries and use of the road may be restricted to the owners of the roadway block, the owners of any blocks of land serviced by the roadway, or a combination of both.

The beneficiaries of the respective whānau trusts choose not only their whānau trust trustees but also who of those trustees will be their representative on the ahu whenua trust.
