of 451 blocks covering an area of 23,445.1077ha); and
• Blocks pending internal review and investigation (a total of 218 blocks covering an area of
5,202.1636ha)
• There is one Māori Incorporation that holds General Land owned by Māori that is excluded
from the above total

8.1 The charter may be amended only at an Annual General Meeting.
8.2 To amend it, a 75% majority vote of the trustees and beneficiaries present is required.
8.3 The secretary will ensure that, every five years, a review of the charter will be included in the agenda for the
Annual General Meeting.
