Application fees will need to be paid before your application can be reviewed by the Court. The easiest way to pay application fees is online through Pātaka Whenua.
You can contact any office of the court to seek copies; however, if these are not available in the court’s document management system, you will need to contact the office in which those records are located so they can review the physical file and where possible copy the physical record.

The MLC specifies the date that the occupation order takes effect, the area affected, any consideration payable, and the terms of such payment. The MLC may also review an occupation order at the request of any shareholder in the land or the person in whom the order is vested.
