When searching for ownership it will show: • Owners details • Block associated with that owner • Share amounts • Any Trusts if applicable 2.9 SEARCHING OWNERSHIP TIP: When looking for an owner put a “%” (wildcard) in between the first and last name.
Enter the information you know and click ‘search’. The search results will show with five columns: • Owner name • Block name • Type • Shares/Ratio • Minute book reference Click the information you want to view under either the ‘owner name’ or ‘block name’ column.

If you know that Christopher's block is, for example, Ruamata , but aren’t sure how his name is spelt, you can enter Christoper Crbb into the Owner Name search field and Ruamata into the Land Block Name search field to narrow the results.
