The changes affect all trusts, including Māori land trusts created through the Māori Land Court (such as ahu whenua, kaitiaki, and whānau trusts) and existing trusts established before the law came into force.

Checklist of documents required • The determination or order you seek to be reviewed MĀORI LAND COURT CONTACT DETAILS Applications should be lodged with the Registrar in the Māori Land Court District in which some or all of the lands or the subject matter of the application is located.
This form should not be used to appeal against a final decision or determination of the Māori Land Court. In such cases form 13 should be completed.
