contacting the Māori Land Court or by

▪ Must be received by the Māori Land
Court on or before 4pm Friday, 21 July
2023
▪ Nominations must clearly identify the
block to which the person is being
nominated to.

Call the relevant district Duty Registrar regarding your urgent application.
Disclosure of any matter which might give rise to objection should be undertaken even if
the judge has formed the view that there is no basis for recusal.
