Our offices are open between 10am and 4pm on weekdays. You don’t need to make an appointment to come and see us.

At 2025 Chief Judge’s MB 373-390 (4 February 2025) the Court made orders amending a succession order to Teone Karepe I or Hoani Karepe at 32 T 117-119 (30 May 1972) and cancelling a succession order to Porokuru Te Kiwi at 155 ROT MB 234 (30 November 1970).

Following an urgent Māori Land Court hearing held on Wednesday, 2 August 2023, the Court has directed that the five separate hui scheduled on Saturday, 5 August 2023 for the following Māori Reservations is CANCELLED: Whakapoungakau No.7A Māori Reservation; Whakapoungakau No.7B 2 Māori Reservation; Whakapoungakau No.7C Māori Reservation; Whakapoungakau No.7F Māori Reservation; and Whakapoungakau No.7G Māori Reservation. The hui is to be rescheduled at a later date.
