This practice note is subject to Part 16 of the MāoriLand Court Rules 2011 (Rules).
3. This practice note applies to the use of the Special Aid Fund by the MāoriLand Court and
the Māori Appellate Court (Court).
Notice of appeal must be lodged
within two months from the date of the
minutes and must set out details of the
basis for the appeal.
