TAKE NOTICE THAT the following schedule of applications, currently held in the Office of the Chief
Registrar in Wellington, received up to the panui closing date of 10th of August 2022, are hereby
notified, pursuant to rules 3.18, 5.3 and 8.2(3) of the Māori Land Court Rules 2011, as being
outstanding and have yet to be determined or set down fo...
The determination is required under the terms set
out in Clause 15.6.2 of the Ngāi Tahu Deed of Settlement where the determination is decided by the Court as though
the lands were Māori lands and in accordance with section 109 Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 as though the
deceased left no will.
The Court may, on considering your notification, arrange for the application to be set down for a formal hearing if the
application has yet to be determined or for a rehearing if the application has already been determined.
The determination is required under the terms set out in Clause 15.6.2 of the Ngāi Tahu Deed of
Settlement where the determination is decided by the Court as though the lands were Māori lands and in accordance with
section 109 Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 as though the deceased left no will.
