or business activities, financial investments (including shareholding in public or private
companies), or membership or involvement with educational, charitable or other
community organisations that may be interested in the litigation.
Use this form to appoint, remove, or replace trustee or change the number of trustees of a WhānauTrust, Kaitiaki Trust,
Ahu Whenua Trust, Whenua Tōpū Trust, Pūtea Trust or Māori Reservation.
The lease to be
drawn on the Māori Trustee’s standard form of lease suitably amended or extended as
the lessee and the agent/trustee(s) shall agree on.

However, the trustees must have the power to grant
licences to occupy in their trustorder. The trustorder may
also limit who may apply and impose any conditions.
