If you file an application to the Māori Land Court or the Māori Appellate Court on or after 1 July 2025 , you will notice an increase in the fee you need to pay.
When we receive your application, we’ll send you a confirmation email. What to expect after you apply It will take up to two weeks after the application closing date to know if you’ve been shortlisted for an interview.
If you are interested in or affected by an application and wish to make representations on
the application, you must notify the Court in writing by 4 pm on the 1st of April 2023 and specify brief
details of your concerns.
