(c) The Occupier shall leave the Site clean and tidy, and clear of rubbish and
possessions at the End Date.
13. Succession to the Occupation Order
(a) The parties acknowledge that this occupation order is capable of being
succeeded to in accordance with the wishes of the Occupier, save that any such
succession must be consistent with the Act.
Exceptions include:
• a succession to further interests where
there has been previous succession to
the deceased person
• vesting of lands in a minor who has
turned 20 (provided that all appropriate
documentary evidence is filed with the
application).
The MLC may also review an
occupation order at the request of any shareholder in the
land or the person in whom the order is vested.
