SUCCESSION TO SHARES
Shares in a Māori incorporation are deemed to be shares in
Māori land, and succession is arranged in the same way as for
Māori land.
The MLC may also review an
occupation order at the request of any shareholder in the
land or the person in whom the order is vested.
