The website was substantially upgraded in early 2011 and now provides: Judgments; one page summaries of all decisions except decisions by judge alone; transcripts of oral argument; summaries of pending cases; public access to the parties’ written submissions in upcoming cases.
Preparation of a submission The application will be assigned to a case manager who will check the Court records of the land or person involved and prepare a summary of evidence for the Court.
